Before Placing an Order:
Please read the Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on the Shipping Policy sub-page. It is YOUR responsibility to choose whether the bugs are delivered to your door or held at your local post office, depending on the temperatures in your area. By placing an order, you are accepting our terms & conditions. Thank you!
Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup, PLEASE wait for the pickup email BEFORE coming to the store! Orders placed after 5pm Sunday and before 11am Wednesday will be ready to pickup on Wednesday during normal business hours.
If you wish to order multiple products on a reoccurring basis, please email us with what you'd like and how often you'll need them and we can invoice you to have them ordered on a reoccurring basis. These orders will also receive the 10% discount, plus any available sales/coupons at the time of purchase. Thank you! :)
